Sneakers, that you kept seeing on everyone.
After every year, we like to make an imaginary count in our heads. “What are the sneakers we saw the most” is the question. And the results? Well, no one is certain, but few models made it into everybody’s results. The first spot - Nike Dunk Panda. Almost a meme sneaker at this point, these black and white low Dunks received a lot of love at first, but thanks to many re-releases the market was overflowed with them. The next spot on our list belongs to Nike Air Force 1, which is something we are very happy about, because this timeless sneaker model deserves all the love it gets. The Air Force 1 model was designed by Bruce Kilgore and debuted on shelves in the year 1982. Then we got New Balance 990s, the ever so hyped sneaker everybody loves thanks to its comfort, lightweight, breathability and unmatched aesthetic. The 990s have different version to choose from, you got V1, V2 and all the way to V6. In the warmer months, we witnessed a pandemic spread of adidas Yeezy Foam Runners, but when the cold came, they stayed in the warmth of home closets. The Foam Runner showed us that a futuristic silhouette can be also a day-to-day sneaker and delivered awesome colourways and ultimate comfort, which was rivaled only by its brother, the Yeezy Slide. Will we see a comeback of these in the next summer? Or will everyone wear Birkenstocks and Crocs? We will see …
