Under Armour was founded in 1996 by former University of Maryland football player Kevin Plank. The brand's logo, the iconic "UA" symbol, was actually a modification of the original logo, which was a simple interlocking "U" and "A." The current logo was designed to resemble a stylized version of a bull's horns, symbolising strength and power. The brand's famous slogan "Protect This House" became a rallying cry for athletes and sports teams. It embodies the brand's commitment to providing gear that helps athletes perform at their best. When we talk about collaborations, Under Armour partnered with actor and former professional wrestler Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson to create the Project Rock line of training gear and footwear. The collaboration has been a successful and popular venture for the brand.
