The shoe is so iconic that nearly everyone can imagine its design just from hearing the name. They've clearly been made to become Superstars. As it was common in the beginning of this model, it was created as a basketball shoe and was worn by over 75% of NBA players. In 1969, as a matter of fact, it was the first low-top shoe with a shelltoe. After multiple collaborations with Kanye West or Parley for the Oceans the brand sold over 15 million pairs of these adidas sneakers in 2015.
